HalvexaTV Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to your purchase, activation, use, renewal, cancellation, and management of membership subscriptions and related paid services in HalvexaTV (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read this Agreement carefully together with the HalvexaTV User Agreement and the HalvexaTV Privacy Policy before making a purchase.
By tapping to purchase, confirming a subscription, restoring purchases, or using membership benefits, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
1. Membership Service
HalvexaTV membership is a paid value-added service. The specific benefits are subject to the membership page, subscription page, or payment page in the App, and may include:
- Access to member-only or premium content.
- Higher video quality, enhanced playback options, or priority content experience.
- Reduced advertisements or an ad-free viewing experience, as shown in the App.
- Favorites, viewing history, early access, exclusive activities, or other member features.
We may adjust membership benefits due to content rights, operations, product planning, technical conditions, legal requirements, or App Store rules. If a material change affects core benefits during your current subscription period, we will try to notify you through the App or by other reasonable means.
2. Subscription Types, Prices, and Billing Cycles
The App may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other subscription plans. The available plans, prices, billing cycles, free trials, promotional offers, and benefits are subject to the information displayed in the App Store and on the App payment page.
Prices and benefits may vary by region, account, device, channel, or promotional period. Please carefully review the product name, subscription period, price, renewal rules, and benefits before confirming a purchase.
3. App Store Payment and Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions on iOS are processed through Apple App Store. After purchase confirmation, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
- If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Apple generally charges your Apple ID account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The exact charge time is subject to Apple's rules and processing.
- After a successful renewal, your membership benefits will continue for the new subscription period. If payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended or terminated after the current period ends.
4. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through Apple's subscription management settings. A typical path is: open iOS Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > select HalvexaTV > Cancel Subscription. The exact path may vary depending on your iOS version or Apple's settings.
After cancellation, you may continue using paid membership benefits until the end of the current paid subscription period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current period.
5. Free Trials and Promotions
If the App offers a free trial, discount, gifted entitlement, or other promotion, the specific rules are subject to the information displayed in the App. If you do not cancel according to Apple's rules before a free trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account may be charged.
A specific trial or promotion may be available only once for the same Apple ID, device, App account, or payment method. We may cancel promotional eligibility or membership benefits if we detect rule violations, abuse, or abnormal use.
6. Restore Purchases and Account Binding
If you change devices, reinstall the App, or your membership benefits do not appear, you may use the "Restore Purchases" function in the App to restore valid subscriptions purchased through your Apple ID. If benefits cannot be restored immediately due to Apple ID status, App account status, network issues, order status, or system delay, please contact us.
If membership benefits are linked to an App account, please make sure you are signed in to the correct account. We will reasonably assist with entitlement issues caused by wrong-account login, shared accounts, account transfer, or failure to follow page instructions, but we do not guarantee that benefits can be transferred or merged.
7. Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases completed through the App Store are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. You may request a refund through Apple's "Report a Problem" page or other App Store refund channels. We cannot directly control Apple's refund decision.

8. Usage Restrictions
Membership services are for your personal, lawful, and reasonable use only. Without our written permission, you may not transfer, rent, lend, sell, share, split, crack, bypass, or otherwise misuse membership benefits. If we detect abnormal use, account theft, bulk login, illegal profit, interference with subscription mechanisms, or a violation of this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate membership benefits and refuse refunds where permitted by law.
9. Service Adjustments, Suspension, and Termination
We may adjust membership content, benefits, prices, or rules due to content rights changes, operations, technical upgrades, laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, App Store rules, or third-party service changes. Price changes generally do not affect the current subscription period you have already paid for. Prices for the next period are subject to the App Store display and Apple's billing rules.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated Agreement will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued purchase, renewal, or use of membership services after the update means that you accept the updated Agreement.
