HalvexaTV User Agreement

Welcome to HalvexaTV (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your download, installation, registration, access to, and use of the App and related services.

Please read this Agreement carefully together with the HalvexaTV Privacy Policy and the HalvexaTV Subscription Agreement. By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. Service Description

HalvexaTV provides video browsing, playback, favorites, viewing history, membership subscription, and other online entertainment features. The specific functions, content, and service forms are subject to what is actually available in the App. We may adjust the services based on operational needs, content rights, technical conditions, legal requirements, or App Store review requirements.

2. Account Registration and Use

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account, password, verification codes, devices, and login status secure.
• You may not rent, lend, transfer, sell, gift, share, or otherwise provide your account or membership benefits to others without our written permission.
• If you discover unauthorized access, abnormal login activity, or any other security issue, please contact us promptly.

3. User Conduct

You agree to comply with applicable laws, App Store rules, this Agreement, and our service rules. You may not:

• Upload, post, store, or distribute unlawful, infringing, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Copy, record, download, upload, distribute, sell, rent, modify, or publicly display App content without authorization.
• Bypass, damage, crack, interfere with, or attempt to evade security, DRM, payment, subscription, or access-control mechanisms.
• Use scripts, plug-ins, bots, crawlers, reverse engineering, bulk requests, or similar methods to interfere with the service or obtain non-public data.
• Impersonate others or infringe any person's reputation, privacy, intellectual property, trade secrets, or other rights.
• Use the App in any way that may harm us, other users, partners, or the public interest.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The software, interface, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, logos, layouts, data, and other materials in the App are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws. These rights belong to HalvexaTV or the relevant rights holders. Except as permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit such materials.

If the App allows you to upload, post, or submit content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to use that content as necessary to provide, display, maintain, promote, and improve the services.

5. Membership, Subscriptions, and Paid Services

The App may provide membership subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Prices, benefits, duration, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are subject to the payment page, App Store display, and the HalvexaTV Subscription Agreement. You should carefully review the product name, price, billing cycle, and benefits before confirming a purchase.

6. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with the HalvexaTV Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you understand how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information as described in that policy.

7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, interrupt, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services due to maintenance, upgrades, server issues, network failures, content rights changes, third-party service changes, force majeure, legal requirements, or regulatory requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact but are not responsible for indirect losses caused by such events.

If you violate this Agreement, applicable law, or platform rules, we may take measures including warnings, feature restrictions, service suspension, account termination, cancellation of membership benefits, refusal of refunds where permitted by law, preservation of evidence, and reporting to authorities.

8. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to maintain stable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully satisfactory operation.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by your own actions, third parties, network conditions, device compatibility, system restrictions, or force majeure.
• The App may contain third-party links, services, or content. Third-party services are provided by their respective providers, and we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or security.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the App services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement due to legal requirements, business changes, technology changes, or App Store review requirements. The updated Agreement will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after the update means that you accept the updated Agreement.
